RETURNS POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Product(s) you need to return for a refund or exchange will only be accepted within our 14 day returns period from the date you received the product(s). We ask that you return the goods unused, in original packaging and with all the original tags intact.

If you are in any way unhappy with your product(s) or want to exchange for something else, you are entitled to a refund or exchange.  

Please fill out our RETURNS FORM, it must be included in the returns parcel and sent it to the address below:

Please notify us before you send anything back.

Products returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our customer service team. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

Items bought on sale cannot be returned. All sales are final for items that are on sale.

Several types of good are exempt from being returned:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Gift cards
  • Face masks

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage unless in exceptional circumstance that an item is faulty, has been wrongly described or you were sent the wrong item. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

We aim to process all returns within 3 days of reaching us and will email you to confirm when this has been done.
